Absolutely! Ashley and Amanda are both ISSA Certified Personal Trainers, Ashley has her Pre & Postnatal Fitness Certification through ProNatal, and the yoga instructors have their 200 Hour YTT Certifications (& Kristin, our prenatal yoga instructor is certified in prenatal yoga as well).
All you need is 1-2 sets of dumbbells (we recommend 1 light pair & 1 medium pair), resistance bands (we recommend 1 short & 1 long), and a box (or chair) for moves like step-ups or incline pushups.

BOTH! Our workout programs are designed with minimal equipment so they can be done at home or at the gym. Our on-demand video library also has a variety of workouts, including sculpt, yoga, and bodyweight only workouts that can be done anywhere.
On average, the workouts are 30 minutes long, excluding your warm-up & cool down.
If you’re postpartum (or even if you had a baby a year ago!), we would recommend starting with our Postpartum Program before transitioning into the Build & Burn weekly workouts. The Postpartum program has a 3 week core foundations that is perfect to strengthen your core and pelvic floor, which is essential for any woman who has had a baby.

We sure do! Whether you just found out you are pregnant or are cruising through your second trimester, you can join our Pregnancy Program! Taught by Certified Pre & Postnatal Fitness Trainer, Ashley, you can be confident that you will be guided safely and effectively through your pregnancy fitness journey.
This program will take you from Week 5 through Week 40 of your pregnancy. Each week you will get 4 workouts that will progress WITH YOU as you move throughout each trimester.
This program is a part of our monthly subscription, so you can join and cancel at any time throughout your pregnancy.
Please ensure you are medically cleared by your doctor to continue with exercise throughout your pregnancy.
