Great question! You can either download the app HERE or come to www.buildandburn.co to access your weekly workouts + the on-demand video library. The weekly workouts are available under the "programs" tab in both the app & website.

Yes! You can sign up for a 7-day free trial HERE where you will receive a full week of Build & Burn workouts along (4 workouts) with unlimited access to the video library where you can access unlimited follow-along workout classes for 7 days.

You must cancel your subscription before 7 days or you will be charged for your first month.

All you need is 1-2 sets of dumbbells (we recommend 1 light pair & 1 medium pair), resistance bands (we recommend 1 short & 1 long), and a box (or chair) for moves like step-ups or incline pushups.

BOTH! Our workout programs are designed with minimal equipment so they can be done at home, but each workout offers gym alternatives so if you have access to more equipment, you can use it! Our on-demand video library also has full workouts that are BODYWEIGHT ONLY so they are perfect for traveling.

The subscription workouts are around 30 minutes long (excluding your warm-up & cool down which we’d recommend about 5 minutes each).

The workout program is created in 8-week cycles: 6 weeks of Build & Burn (1 lower body strength, upper body strength, 1 lower body HIIT, & 1 upper body HIIT per week) followed by 2 weeks of Maintenance & Mobility (yoga flows, core challenges & maintenance workouts).

The video on-demand library has a ton of follow along workouts you can access at any time. 1-2 new follow along workout videos are added every single week and include workouts in the following categories: no equipment, full workouts, yoga/mobility, quick HIIT, and pelvic floor & core.

If you’re postpartum (or even if you had a baby a year ago!), we would recommend starting with our Express program before transitioning into the Build & Burn subscription. Express has a 2 week core foundations that is perfect to strengthen your core and pelvic floor, which is essential for any woman who has had a baby.
