We have been making energy balls at home for years. They are great to have on hand for a quick snack or a healthy dessert. Now these days there are a ton of great options for snack bars at the grocery store, but the only way to know EXACTLY what you’re getting in your bar is to make them at home. Plus, making them yourself is by far the most cost effective way to be able to enjoy them – they are sold in the $2 – $3 range PER BALL in most shops!
We think the best part about energy balls is that there is no limit to how creative you can get with the flavors. Once you have the base ingredients, you can switch up the add-ins to create a wide variety of balls.
